    Make opengl transitions work on Mac, too
    
    * patches/dev300/apply: added below patch
    * patches/dev300/transogl-crossplatform.diff: port of ogltrans4mac
      cws, splitting up system-dependent opengl setup from the actual
      transition functionality (which is largely portable). i#93013
