[ooo-build] ANNOUNCE: ooo-build-3-1-1 branch ready

Hi,

I have just created the ooo-build-3-1-1 branch from ooo-build master, it was 
based on the 3.1.0.99.2 version release:

    branch:     ooo-build-3-1-1
    anchor tag: OOO-BUILD-3-1-1-ANCHOR


Purpose:
--------

+ stable branch for OOo-3.1-1 release
+ only save and critical fixes are allowed in the common sections
+ will be used for release candidates and maintenance updates
+ RC1 will be released on August 18 or 19


Plans with master:
------------------

+ will be updated for DEV300 within next days/weeks (please, be patient, any
  volunteer?)
+ is opened for OOo-3.2 development
+ feature freeze for OOo-3.2 in the middle of October
+ more detailed schedule for OOo-3.2 will be available later

How to get the branch:
-----------------------

The suggested way is to checkout the branch into a separate directory:

git clone --reference ~/ooo-build \
    ssh://[username@]git.freedesktop.org/git/ooo-build/ooo-build \
    ooo-build-3-1-1
cd ooo-build-3-1-1
git checkout -b ooo-build-3-1-1 origin/ooo-build-3-1-1
# remove the master branch in this repository, we are interested only in
# this branch
git branch -D master
