You're right, my m54 doesn't show this bug, but my m51 does.  So, it
seems that this bug was there upstream and was fixed there as well.  And
whatever reason it is still in the milestone of ooo310 that we use.

ooo-build doesn't patch Base, and it seems extremely unlikely that this
is caused by one of our patches.
