[ooo-build] CIA.vc support for ooo-build

Hi,

JFYI, CIA.vc gets the ooo-build git commits now:

http://cia.vc/stats/project/ooo-build

The CIA-24 bot that is in freenode's #go-oo channel, and used to track the 
commits to SVN, should reflect the new setup.  The info is updated every 5 
minutes, I cannot get a hook installed on the freedesktop.org side now, 
hopefully it is enough.

In case of problems, please report to me :-)
