[ooo-build] ooo build with thunderbird addressbook support

Hello List,

I´m a user of archlinux with go-openoffice. Arch Linux offers the 
package without support for thunderbird addressbook support. I asked the 
maintainer of the package for enabling this in the next build, but he 
doesn´t know, how to do it. So can you guys give me any information, how 
to build ooo with support for thunderbird addressbook connection?
