[ooo-build] How to report a specific bug for Go-OO?

I have been using Novell's OpenOffice.org for MS Windows since version
3.0. I've discovered a bug in both Go-OO and Novell's Edition that
doesn't seem to exist for Sun's OpenOffice.org. The problem is
related to setting a print range for OpenOffice.org Calc when using
the Edit menu option and selecting the print range using a mouse
instead of explicitly typing it in. Dragging the selection to the
edge of the screen moves the screen over and progressively increases
in speed the further off the screen you move the mouse. When defining
the print range this way the screen continues to rapidly move but
won't stop until it reaches the end of the sheet not matter what you
do. Letting go of the mouse button or moving the mouse in the
opposite direction does nothing and neither does pressing the escape
key. This is very bad, especially in OpenOffice.org 3.1 since Calc
has over a million rows and it will continue down until it reaches
that bottom. The only thing you can do is kill the process using task
manager. This problem seems to be related only to the Windows build
and I have been able to reproduce it on many different computers.
Where do I file this bug since it is only related to the Go-OO and
Novell Editions for Windows?
