Thanks for this!  I suppose Rene is right wrt. the ENABLE_KDE4 thing, just 
omit the #ifdef in scp2, and install every time :-)

I have just one problem with the patch - I noticed it is made on top of 
patches/dev300/human-icons-add.diff which is [UbuntuOnly], and I suppose it 
will stay that way?  If yes, I'd propose to do it the other way around, add 
oxygen first, and human-icons-add.diff on top of that...
