[ooo-build] Dictionaries are not recognized

Perhaps solved. It seems that package ooobasis3.1-ooolinguistic was
missing from my instalation. It seems that this package is necessary
even if you install spell checking as an extension.
It is quite tricky for new users. They install dictionary as extension
but there is no check that would tell them that something internal but
non-core is missing from their ooo.

I found out today in association with testing "external" dictionaries
and new OOo 3.1.1. but I guess it applies to dictionaries as extension too.

Regards
Jan

P.S.
Hmm, perhaps I still should fill a bug to bugzilla as suggested but
something like:
"Check of linguistic module (?) is missing when installing a dictionary
extension"
