[ooo-build] [PATCH]: missing support for QT4DIR

hi guys :-)

I was trying to build go-oo on Slackware, but it refused to find the Qt4 
headers.

According to the Trolltech documentation the headers should be found in 
$QT4DIR/include and when i added this to configure.in it worked right away.
