[ooo-build] apply script is going crazy on master

Hi there,

Well, I need a little help from someone who can hack the apply script a
little better than I.

I was working on getting master to build based on dev300-m60, and I was
(as I normally do) working on getting the patches to apply against
dev300-m60.  I finished going through all our patches, and made sure
they all apply, by either temporarily disabling them or branching them.
So far, nothing is out of the ordinary.  (BTW it was not yet
build-tested.)

But after the last patch gets applied (as of today the last patch in the
apply file is o3tl-vector-pool.diff by Thorsten), the apply scripts for
some reason decides to go back up, and starts applying patches in the
BFBuildBits section (!), and eventually fails on link-as-needed-bf.diff.

Two things strike me as odd.  First, why the apply script go back up in
the apply file, and second, why apply patches under BFBuildBits section,
which AFAIK no distros use.

Not to mention master is currently un-buildable because of this...

Does anyone have any clue?
