[ooo-build] Splash screen

Some added color, some abstract texture applied to it. I like simple, but
this seems almost too simple.

But, I just discovered I can change it by replacing "C:\Program Files
(x86)\OpenOffice.org 3\program\openintro_go_oo.bmp" with a new image.

I feel like I'm being nit-picky on this, but this version of OOo is much
better than the Oracle one--it should have a better splash screen too! :)
