[ooo-build] ANNOUNCE: ooo-build-3.2.1.4 released (3.2.1 maintanence update)

Hi,

I am happy to announce 3.2.1 bug fix release of ooo-build-3-2-1 branch. You 
might find it at

		+ currently supports dev300-m77; you need to use the prepacked upstream
                  tarballs from http://download.go-oo.org/DEV300/; we need to
                  make sure that the new modules are in the right piece before
                  we put it into; see separate mail for more details
		+ any development is allowed
		+ alpha0 planed within next few weeks (after 3.2.1 is final and DEV300
                  support is in a good enough state)

	+ ooo-build-3-2-1 (3.2 maintenance mode):
		+ only save and well tested fixes are allowed in the common sections
		+ final release at
                  http://download.go-oo.org/OOO320/ooo-build-3.2.1.3.tar.gz
		+ (less tested) bugfix release at
                  http://download.go-oo.org/OOO320/ooo-build-3.2.1.4.tar.gz
