[ooo-build] 2.3.1 builds release schedule & KDE

Hello everyone
sorry for perhaps not following this list so closely
but is there any time schedule (estimation) for releasing updated 
version to repo?

And it wouldn't be me not to ask about KDE4 support status in the 
prospective build.
Is the build environment still not capable to deal with KDE4 dev libs?
