[ooo-build] go-oo with kde 4.0.x compilation problems

Seems ok to me. Just curious... why such an old version of KDE ?

The reasons those checks weren't there is cause I don't think anyone
is actually running such old versions against such new version of
go-oo.

Maybe just upgrade your kde install?
