[ooo-build] Using VCLTestTool

Our last results can be found at http://download.go-oo.org/qa/3.2/

We would get less errors if we update:

	+ global/hid/hid.lst
	+ global/sid/*.sid
	+ global/win/*.win
	+ some .inc files

to follow the behavior modified by ooo-build. For example see,
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=552715

We would like to improve this in the future and maintain the patches against 
testautomation sources in ooo-build.

Unfortunately, it goes slowly. The testttool is relatively complex tool. It 
takes a lot of time to get efficient with it. It produces many random 
errors, ...

BTW: You might want to look at ooo-build/bin/test-ooo-analyze. This script is 
able to print some statictic from the given .res files and diff the results 
to find regressions.
