[Openchrome-devel] CRTC protect bit being redefined to 3X5.47[4] for VX855(Chrome9 HCM) and VX900(Chromee9 HD)

Dear Xavier and all, 

Here is a register update for VX855(Chrome9 HCM) and VX900(Chrome9 HD)
that should change in function VIAMapMMIO().

The CRTC protect bit in 3X5.47 of VX855 and VX900 are redefined to be
3X5.47[4] instead of 3X5.47[1].
Please help update it specifically for VX855 and VX900.
