Hi Benno,

I am half done with setting up a K8M800 chipset-based computer (ABIT KV-80).
I compiled the latest OpenChrome code with my 2 patches I posted, and it
appears that the computer operates correctly (Ubuntu 10.04 LTS i386).
I plan to install 4 more Ubuntu / Lubuntu distributions to this computer (I can
only do about 1 OS installation per day.).
For the test, I booted the computer with different frame buffer RAM settings
(16 MB, 32 MB, and 64 MB) and various AGP Aperture Size settings, and all
settings worked fine (i.e., Ubuntu booted without problems).
I am also in the process of setting up a CLE266 chipset-based computer (VIA
Technologies EPIA-CL), to which the graphics subsystem is similar to KM400
chipset (both have UniChrome).
I also own a KM400 chipset-based Foxconn mainboard, so I will try to find an
appropriate hard drive and start installing various Ubuntu / Lubuntu
distributions for testing purposes.
It will likely take a week or so before I can get this done at the present
pace.

Regards,

Kevin Brace
