<pre>What WYSE client do you have? Mine is a "Cx0 series" -- specifically a C90LE.
I have a couple spare "disk on module" units that can plug into that 44pin
connector, and if you're in the USA, email me your mailing address (don't post
it here!) and I will send you one with Puppy preinstalled.
In the meantime, I can confirm that as soon as the display comes up the system
hangs, screen full of nasty. I can also confirm that the logs are not written
to disk at that point.
I have one idea that may make it so that I don't have to install the ugly way
-- I'm trying to avoid that because it dramatically increases wear on the SD
card, and I can't afford another at this time. 64gb SDXC cards are not cheap,
particularly in my income bracket!
I'll know if it worked, in the next ten to fifteen minutes.</pre>
