Cool, I will file the request with fd.o.

I don't think this project will scale up for awhile, so I propose that
we simply turn on the basic upload script for people to submit fonts
like the one I first installed on OCAL (and that we use somewhat
still...although it is a hybrid beast now).

However, the real approach is to get DMS done and use that as the core
for the Open Font Library.

In the meantime, collecting resources, finding fonts, and thinking about
procedures will be good as a background process.
