Was there a recording of the talk? The slides look like the
presentation covered a lot of ground; I'm especially interested in
what you said at slide 9 - "why
a font should be free?" :-)

Also, on my Debian Stable version of eVince, the bold text's outlines
are aliased but the regular is antialiased properly... strange
OpenOffice PDF making, I guess... :-)
