[Openicc] updated ICC Profile and EDID in X11 spec

I updated the ICC_Profiles in X Specification and bumbed the version to 
0.2:

Oyranos needs some monitors hardware information called EDID to support 
the above spec. Exchanging "XFree86_DDC_EDID1_RAWDATA" and 
"XFree86_DDC_EDID2_RAWDATA" atoms in multi monitor configurations with 
Oyranos is described here:
