Last year the OpenICC ideas were under OpenPrinting because they were 
printing-related, but you can also put them into their own (OpenICC or 
Color Management) section. You can also post both on our ideas page and 
on yours, so that if the LF or OpenICC does not get accepted that your 
projects can still get hosted by one organization.
