Hello,

a set of ICC profiles is packaged [1] and ready for review before
releasing as some kind of official sanctioned OpenICC profile set [2]. If
you find time to look at them please do so, to spot possible issues.
You can choose between RPMs or the source tarball.

The set covers W3C sRGB, editing RGB profiles, PCS, Cmyk among other
profiles. It satisfy its usage in the Oyranos CMS.
The package is licensed zlib/png for easy distribution. The license
requires that modified data is clearly marked and not distributed as
if from the original vendor.
The profiles have been in use for some time now inside the Oyranos
project and its users.

The package consists of following sub packages:

/usr/share/pixmaps/application-vnd.iccprofile.png
/usr/share/pixmaps/openicc-data_logo.png
/usr/share/pixmaps/text-vnd.cgats.png

The mime types are shurely handled differently by each distributor.
At least on my system they are needed to practical register ICC Examin as
ICC profile viewer and provide a icon to ICC profiles in file browsers.

kind regards
