We would really really like to fix the common case for "Bevan" but
first we need to get to the point where profiled printing actually
works, ie we can actually get ink on the paper used without its
running off in rivers.

If we can figure out a way to move print settings -and profiles-
through the OS, we have a chance of getting there *without* forcing
Bevan to spend an hour to set up his printer.
