Unless you're actually a lawyer, trying to justify that a group of
insanely complex licenses (the different versions of GPL) are
compatible with a home-made license string is doomed to failure. This
is especially true when you're giving permission to reassign the
copyright (and thus the license) in the license itself.

If you're creating a new license, put bluntly: You're Doing It Wrong.
There are hundreds of tried-and-tested existing licenses that exist
today. Just pick one!
