[Openicc] - CM Framework - Printer Driver - output intent

Gutenprint-cups is the rastertogutenprint and commandtogutenprint filters, plus the gutenprint driver interface program. Gutenprint just gets raster data from a RIP on the system, whether that be gstoraster, pstoraster, pdftoraster, imagetoraster, cgpdftoraster, etc.
