Create ONE PRINT QUEUE PER DESIRED MEDIUM (Paper). That print queue needs
no metadata; in fact if one prints deviceRGB to that queue no color
management is necessary. Smart users can be trained to convert to profile
in their image processing app. User users will get a profile conversion eg
sRGB2printerProfile invoked by some script which looks up the profile
declared for that queue. End of story.

Can probably be implemented today with colord or whatever else is out
there. And we can shortcut the idiotic political debate which has been
polluting this list.
