[Openicc] [ANNOUNCE] Oyranos Version 0.9.4

The new version of the Oyranos colour management system is released.
Version 0.9.4 is a minor feature and bug fix release. It brings string 
improvements and compiles after 0.9.1 again on osX.


Changes Overview:
* fix setting of monitor profiles on osX
* honour user editing profiles on osX
* use available Lab from debian's icc-profile II
* fix argument parsing in oy-policy
* various compile fixes around Xcm for osX
* port the qarz module to the new APIs
* link oyranos_cs.c in liboy_config
* build interal yajl if needed
* use pkg-config on win32
* add oyWIDGET_GROUP_DEVICES/INFORMATION + i18n
* add oySIGNATURE_ILLUMINANT header sig
* fix to write n channel images
* build without LibRaw


About:
Oyranos is a colour management system allowing to share various settings 
across applications and services. The provided interfaces are the 
C library, native graphical front ends and partitial access through 
command line tools. The library is licensed under newBSD.


Known Applications using Oyranos:
ICC Examin, the KDE Kolor Manager, KolorServer/KWin and Synnefo 
configuration dialog, Krita through libCmpx, the CompIcc colour server 
and more.
