I will consider a more detailed response later, but I'm very disinclined to see either the filename or description field used to encode multifield metadata tags. Just because we have applications that tend to only show the description field, which is understandable but screwy, doesn't mean that we should screw things up even worse to compensate by polluting the description tag. That is primarily a user domain tag.
