[Openicc] OpenICC Colour Configuration for Android GSoC 2013

Hello,

the Android implementation idea[1] is now splitted from the traditional 
*nix one. However the specs are the same. The project looks pretty 
simple, so I think it is ok to write a small UI on top of the Android 
Service. For better portability all is to be written in Java.

Is anyone interessted in helping to get the Android/Java parts right for 
this project?
