[Openicc] GSoC admins and mentors for 2013 invited

Hello all,

in order to apply to the program OpenICC needs two admins and later on 
mentors for this years OpenICC's involvement in Google Summer of Code. 
Mentors can easily vote during project selection and shape the process.

We would be glad if you like to help and ivite you to join the team. Let 
us know before 29th of March in order to proceed with the registration.
