although it is used as the encoding for compression, when color </font>

the YCbCr is first rotated back into RGB form. It is the RGB </font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">form that is color managed. When RGB
is rotated into YCbCr and compressed for exchange -- the </font>

the RGB can be managed correctly when the data is </font>
