[packagekit] japanese translation

[aaron andersen]

i just wanted to submit the beginning of a japanese translation for
packagekit. it is not a huge start (just under 60 strings translated)
but i noticed there is no current japanese translation available. i hope
that others can add to this, and i hope i also can finish more of it up.

please send any feedback my way ... and thanks for creating such a great
piece of software!
