[packagekit] Makefile woes

Well, no... gnome-packagekit won't build without
/usr/includes/packagekit/pk-{task,spawn}.h.

Nothing in gnome-packagekit includes either of them, but they are
included from other files in PackageKit.  So gnome-packagekit fails to
build.
