Fixed APT backend (while managing to avoid the evils of C++ 
symbol-mangling in the exported structure). I also had a commit that was 
adding some stuff (beginnings of search file) that I wanted to push 
before but hadn't gotten around to it because I couldn't access the 
private git server earlier, and so that's gotten pushed into the old 
"backends/apt/pk-task-apt.cpp.delete.me", which I'll wipe once I've 
ported that bit over.

Anyways. APT appears to be mostly working right now. Oh, could it be 
made possible for the backend loader to look in other locations e.g. in 
the source tree so I don't have to install the apt .so just to debug new 
features?
