[packagekit] update packages

Hi again :)

in the file libpackagekit/pk-enum.h

i have PK_ROLE_ENUM_UPDATE_PACKAGES

but the apt backend emits update-package
in the singular form, which one is correct??

the problem with this is that Adrien created
a function that converts the comming string into
an enum, but the enum MUST have the same name.
