The statusicon only gets involved if the calling client has quit and we
no longer have a GtkWindow to use.

My fault, I forgot to connect the error-code handler to the client used
in pk-update-icon. I've added it in commitid
de5cce4af44006371b4aa0a7b4098af9ed7c33ad
