[packagekit] Sorting the update list

Well, it all depends on weither you want to give the user the choice :-) 
To me the most logical order is severity, then alphabetical (ie. all 
critical updates alphabetically sorted, then all bugfix alphabetically 
sorted...). Dunno if that makes sense to you... I'm for not adding the 
headers.
