[packagekit] gpk-application: Selection -> Required by, wrong message

Hi,

I noticed that if you take a package which is not required by any other 
package (for example arc in Fedora) and choose Selection -> Required by, the 
dialog says "This package does not require any others". I think the message 
is misleading here, shouldn't it be something like "No other packages require 
this package"? Again, I can commit the change myself if others agree with me 
on this.
