[packagekit] Dealing with distro upgrades

Does "distribution upgrade" mean the right things to end user?  Maybe it 
should say "Upgrade" instead of "more information"?

Might use xdg-open (xdg-utils package) here if you are planning to share 
it with KDE or other frontends.
