[packagekit] packagekit-qt dependencies

Adrien is the author of it, and I'm pretty sure it was a mistake,
nothing in packagekit-qt needs qt-gui, that dep might have
come from QPackageKit..

I'm ok for you to drop it.
And the other stuff you found I believe you
are correct.
