[packagekit] KPackageKit 0.4.0 released!

Hi list :D

After exactly 4 months (last update Oct 16 2008), KPackageKit 0.4.0
got released!
The main reason of this huge time was my time :P, for kpk to get included
in Kde we need Full policykit support on kde, and as we don't have
yet kde projects relying on that polkit-kde was really abandoned :(
So i decided to make it work, so i almost didn't worked on kpk, 
now polkit-kde is basically 100% completed with a cool and easy
lib to integrate qt/kde applications, and i got time to fix all the
known bugs kpk had.

Thanks Trever for the nice improvements in kpackagekit,
and Thomas for the very usefull patches, although one of
them i had to disable cause i want it to be used by more parts but
the code will surelly be very helpfull. And thanks for all who
report bugs and package it :D

KPackageKit 0.4.0 works with PackageKit 0.4 and QPackageKit 0.4

- grouping packages in add rm ui (Trever)
- improvements in transaction ui (Daniel and Trever)
- saves grouping option (Thanks to Lorenzo Villani)
- get and install Distro Upgrades (thanks to Thomas Goettlicher)
- feature now you can group packages in Add/Rm ui (Trever)
- fixes in the Add/Rm Ui
- fixes in the Updater Ui
- search files and description
