Right, I introduced a new status value, as "waiting" was just too vague.

I agree, legacy is misplaced. I was testing with pirut (a legacy tool),
but you are correct, the distro CLI tool should not be refered to as
legacy. I've fixed this in 035e073df5c615243fda8e465c21844d842e66a4.
