[packagekit] Package list can't auto refresh after adding/removing packages if "All-packages" sidebar menu is activated

This is already looks fixed in 2.27.1 and 2.27.2 -- what versions are
you using? If you're using one of the old 0.4.x versions (before the
switch to gnome.org) then the attached patch might help -- but it's
completely untested.
