[packagekit] Ubuntu Lucid packages available

Hello,

I updated the Ubuntu packages of PackageKit to a 0.5 snapshot and uploaded
them to the PPA. Feel free to give them a test:

https://launchpad.net/~packagekit/+archive/ppa

There's a bug in python-apt which is not yet fixed in Ubuntu. So you
will also need to install the version from the PPA if you want to use
the apt backend.
