[packagekit] Return value of InstallGStreamerResources

Hello,

It would be nice to inform the requesting application if all requested
plugins could be installed.

So the session helper would return GstInstallPluginsReturn values
e.g. INSTALL_PLUGINS_PARTIAL_SUCCESS.

Therefor I propose an API change to session D-Bus interface returning
an integer.
