[packagekit] Implementation of searchFiles in APT backend

Thanks Daniel,

When i try to install/remove packages with Kpackagekit i get, "Error: Current backend does not support installing/removing packages".
Im using the default versions of both aptcc(repo) and Kpackagekit in Karmic Kubuntu.
