[packagekit] [PATCH] Backend connection management for PkPlugin

Hi!
Richard, could you please take a look at this patch? Is the soltion
(using a PkBitfield) okay for this purpose?
I didn't run extensive testing yet, but at time everything works just
fine with this patch applied and it solves all issues described
before.
