[packagekit] Pk 0.8 crash

The crash bellow happens when I try to update some packages
using aptcc from master, as you can see (this=0x0) which
means pk_backend_start_job, from the logs
I suspect that after simulating some plugin is running and
is not running pk_backend_start_job.
While this seems a bug in some plugin, this also seems
a bug to the plugin runner which imo should not trigger
any plugin since we are only simulatting.
