PackageKit only tells the backend to install packages. The backend
downloads packages by itself.
If I take the yum backend as an example, I'm not sure it's possible to
tell it to only download packages...
How does yum backend download packages for PackageKit?

I am trying to figure out the utility of yumdownloader when adding the
method 'download packages' to yumBackend.py. How can it be used?

Comments.
